| Supervisor Certification Program for the 21st Century |
Supervisors are often chosen for their excellent skills as an employee. They begin the task of supervising with the best of intentions and little or no experience in managing people. Today’s supervisors must quickly become concerned about productivity, quality and employee morale. They need to understand their fit within the organization and what they must do to contribute to the success of the organization.
Who would benefit from this program?
Participants come from a diverse background of manufacturing and service industries. This program is designed for the supervisor who could better serve the organization by enhancing their professional skills.
